End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Inventory Sync App operated by ADD Printing & Packaging ("we", "us", or "our").

The Inventory Sync App is an internal business application designed to connect our QuickBooks Online account with our Shopify stores through automation services, including n8n. The application is used for inventory synchronization, product and SKU matching, order processing, and related accounting and operational functions.

By accessing or using the Inventory Sync App, authorized users agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Authorized Use

The Inventory Sync App is intended solely for authorized employees, contractors, or representatives of ADD Printing & Packaging. Users may only access and use the application for legitimate business purposes.

Unauthorized access, copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or use of the application is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

The Inventory Sync App may connect with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Shopify, and n8n. Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms, policies, and availability.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, errors, or service availability caused by third-party platforms.

Data and Account Access

The application may access business data required to perform inventory synchronization and related operations, including product information, SKUs, inventory quantities, orders, customers, and accounting transaction information.

Access to such information is limited to what is reasonably required for the operation of the application.

Information collected or processed through the application is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate synchronization between connected systems. However, automated synchronization may occasionally be delayed or interrupted due to system errors, API limitations, network interruptions, third-party service availability, or incorrect data.

Users should verify important inventory and accounting information before relying on it for critical business decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Inventory Sync App, its configuration, workflows, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ADD Printing & Packaging.

No ownership rights are transferred to users under this Agreement.

Suspension and Termination

ADD Printing & Packaging may suspend, modify, restrict, or terminate access to the Inventory Sync App at any time.

Users must immediately stop using the application when their authorization to access company systems ends.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADD Printing & Packaging will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Inventory Sync App.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to our systems, integrations, business operations, or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page.
